ASCENT Development develops and builds mid to high end homes in close-in neighborhoods in Houston, Texas. 

 

We have developed a number of projects in Rice Military, the Galleria area and in the Heights, starting in 1999. As a result, we have a growing list of relationships with sub-contractors and clients. We take pride in our work and our professional relationships.

 

Prior to 1999, the principals of the company were involved in various aspects of the real estate business, including residential construction.
